Let us know you'd like to meet one of our cleaners. We'll arrange a convenient time for you, then take a look over our team to see who has the availability and location to best suit you; it will always be the same cleaner who carries out the work for you.
Next, the cleaner will come to meet you for a pre-arranged interview, in order that you can satisfy yourself that they are the type of person who you would be happy to have working in your home on a regular basis.
If you are happy to proceed, this is an ideal time to show your cleaner around your home and explain exactly what you want done and when.
The contract is given to you for approval along with a Standing Order Mandate for your payments to us. Once signed cleaning can begin as per your requirements as laid out in the contract. Your first monthly payment to us is dated to commence one week after your first clean. Your cleaner should be paid from the first day worked.
Once work is underway we remain very flexible. If you are going on holiday, want to change the schedule or prefer a change of cleaner, then just let us know. You only pay your cleaner for the hours which get worked. You can cancel the agreement without any kind of penalty charges.
