What will it cost me?

The charge is a total of £9 per hour. The cleaner is paid directly by you at a rate of £6.50 per hour and the balance of £2.50 per hour is the charge that we make for the service. The cleaner is paid weekly. Our charge is paid monthly by Standing Order.

Vetting

We carefully vet cleaners who approach us for work. We do not introduce benefit cheats or illegal workers. All are all registered with the Inland Revenue as self employed.

Care and reliability

 We take a personal pride in the cleaning of your home! It is one of the corner stones of our business that we introduce a cleaner to you who is reliable, trustworthy and capable of doing the job.

What happens next?

After contacting us, on your request, we will arrange a suitable time for a cleaner to visit you for interview. Where possible a company representative will visit with the cleaner. Should you decide to engage the cleaner, you can then discuss your requirements and show the cleaner around your home. At this stage you can also set the day and times for your weekly clean and arrange access.

The terms of the contract will have been discussed with you on the phone.  A copy of the contract and standing order mandate will be sent or brought to you for signature. These documents will be in duplicate. On receipt of our signed copy of the contract and standing order mandate, the cleaner will then be allocated to clean your home for the agreed day and times each week. Your first payment to us will be dated to commence, one week after your first clean. The cleaner is paid from the start.

Our service is flexible

If you wish to change the day or the hours that your cleaner works for you, then just phone us in order that we can make the necessary arrangements.

You only pay for the service you receive

If you take holiday or don’t need our cleaning service for any reason, you don’t pay either your cleaner or us. Any payment to us for weeks missed will be refunded on request.

Cancellation

You may cancel at anytime without notice or penalty.

Customer loyalty

In recognition of introducing us to a new client who pays for a minimum of 3 months, we will post you a £20.00 cheque

The service is restricted to a minimum of 3 hours a week in any one visit
